Delivery Service

1. Delivery Coverage

Delivery is available in Hong Kong only. We currently do not offer delivery to Macau, Mainland China, or overseas addresses outside Hong Kong.

2. Shipping Rates

•    Free delivery across Hong Kong for orders of HK$500 or above
•    Orders below HK$500: flat standard shipping fee of HK$50

3. Delivery Schedule & Important Notes

•    Once the order is confirmed and payment is successfully completed, delivery will be arranged within 3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
•    We shall not be held responsible for delays caused by severe weather, road restrictions, or any other force majeure events.

4. Self Pick-Up Service (Free of Charge)

•    Location: Shop UG 078-079, Upper Ground Floor, Metro City Phase 2, 8 Yan King Road, Po Lam, Tseung Kwan O
•    Pick-up Hours: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 – 20:30
•    Please select “Self Pick-Up” at checkout and present your order number to our staff upon collection.
