Returns & Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns Returns are accepted only in the following circumstances:
• The product is damaged, spoiled, moldy, has an off odour, is expired, or the wrong item was delivered.
• Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order (based on the delivery date). Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
• Returned items must remain in their complete original packaging (including outer box, labels, anti-counterfeit seals, etc.) and be accompanied by clear photographs of the issue.
• If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will fully cover the return shipping costs.
2. Return Procedure
1. Within 3 days of delivery, please contact our Customer Service Team via WhatsApp at +852 9132 0603 and provide:
o Order number
o Reason for return
o Clear photos of the product and its packaging
2. Physical stores do not accept return or exchange requests for online orders.
3. Once the return is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.
4. After we receive and verify the returned item, the refund will be processed.
3. Refund Arrangement
• A full refund, including the original shipping fee, will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
4. Important Note
• We do not accept returns for reasons such as personal preference, change of taste, or ordering errors.
